This is two tools in one. It can be used as a handle universal extension on its own or it can be used as a normal universal extension used with your ratchet or breaker bar. A very versatile tool.
The top of the extension has a 3/8 drive recess as well as a hole for the handle to fit into the bottom has a permanently attached universal joint. Sorry about that, but, that's the way it is. Shipping is higher than I normally charge as this tool is quite long and will only fit into a specific flat rate box.
