The product has a couple of small dings one on bottom end that appear to me be result normal use. This is a good working tool. I was unable to determine when it manufactured. It has been inspected and tested is guaranteed to be in full working condition when ships.

The knurls on handle may have lost some of their bite smoothing as result normal use. It does have the usual surface scratches and other minor cosmetic issues that are result of normal use. The one on wrenches square drive holds sockets in place.
